On Cyber Monday, shoppers will receive free shipping on all items purchased through the Aquarium’s online gift store.
Give the gift of a unique diving experience in the Aquarium’s largest exhibit: the warm, 350,000 gallon Tropical Reef. Normally priced at $299, or $279 for members, Dive Immersion gift certificates will be available on Cyber Monday for $249. Dive Immersion participants must be age fifteen or older and hold an open water dive certification. Participants ages fifteen through seventeen must be accompanied by a paid and participating adult.
Gift certificates for Animal Encounters with a shark, seal or sea lion, sea otter, or penguin are also on sale on Cyber Monday. During Animal Encounters, participants go behind the scenes at the Aquarium to prepare food for and interact with one of the Aquarium’s animals. Normally priced at $100, or $90 for members, vouchers for Animal Encounters will be available for $80. Shark, seal or sea lion, and sea otter encounters are available on Saturday and Sunday only. Penguin encounters are available on Thursday and Friday only. Participants in seal and sea lion, sea otter, or penguin encounters must be at least ten years old. The minimum age for shark encounters is thirteen. All participants under age sixteen must be accompanied by a paid and participating adult. All gift certificates must be redeemed and reserved at least twenty-four hours in advance of the visit. Participants should contact the Aquarium’s Guest Support Center at (562) 590-3100 to reserve their encounter and redeem the gift certificate.
Dive Immersion and Animal Encounter experiences are booked based on availability. Both programs can accommodate a maximum of four participants per experience.
